The plot is at the beach area of Kavarna coast. The project introduces two buildings overlapping in elevation. The lower building is three storey high and consists of reception lobby, apartments and service areas. The roof above third floor is landscaped and planted with large scale vegetation. Another three storey building is designed on top. The building benefits a small neo roman swimming pool.
