The plot is situated in the north part of Golden Sands Resort. There is an extreme southeast inclination of almost 8 meters which favors a two level pool design. A landscape pool with artificial gazer beach and twelve people jacuzzi comprise the lower level. A roman half olympic size pool with massage lounges is placed on the upper level. Both pools are Finn type and are connected through a rock water fall. The space between the two levels is filled with f&b bar, service rooms and art gallery. Complicated landscaping with extensive green areas connects the hotel blocks with the pool area.
